After two years in development, the Cascade product has launched and the company is looking for its first go-to-market role. As a bottoms-up SaaS company, Cascade's go-to-market motion combines targeted conversations, content creation and customer engagement to deliver a product-led growth engine.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll balance strategy, feedback gathering and synthesis to deliver new customers and inform the product roadmap.

Within this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with the founders to build a sales and account management playbook from the ground up. You'll have a wide remit within a defined ICP to experiment with outbound motions and value prop articulations, discover the methods that work, then automate the process. Tactics will focus on balancing outbound and inbound motions.
